Visitor Policies:
*Management reserves the right to limit tour sizes
for maximum enjoyment.
*There are no self-guided tours.  
*Tours last about one hour.
*"Vacation photos" for personal use only are permitted
- photos may not be copyrighted, sold or uploaded to
public web albums for indiscriminate distribution.  
No video taping.

WHEELCHAIRS:  Dry conditions only
Access is unavailable whenever the ground is wet or maintenance is
taking place on or around the access path. Please call in advance of your
visit to see if the access will be open for the day of your planned visit.
Standard wheelchairs only will be permitted as long as the wheelbase
width is no more than 26" wide.  No motorized scooters or chairs please.

Morning tours:  10 & 11 am
Afternoon tours:  12 noon, 1:30, 2:30 & 3:30 pm

HOT WEATHER NOTICE:
Please note there is no mechanical air
conditioning underground - only the natural
cooling of the underground design.  Temperatures
underground vary from 10 to 20 degrees cooler than
above ground, which could still be very uncomfortable
for heat-sensitive persons or those with medical
considerations.  Please know your limits.
*Chilled bottled water may be purchased downstairs

*Entrance gate may possibly be closed between tour
times, but will re-open just before the next tour time
*Tours are on a first-come, first-served basis
and last about one hour

WET WEATHER
*All tours are weather permitting only!
This means the grounds must be dry enough to walk on and no
substantial rain is hitting the area.   We do our best to ready the site
after rains and give you notice, but extra time could be needed for
things to dry underground before we can resume tours.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but that is the nature of this site.
