Cancellation: We understand that sometimes travel plans change. As our tours are by reservation, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are not able to make your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, but we will assist in rescheduling your reservation to a future date. If we need to cancel your reservation for inclement weather or other reasons that would not allow us to have the scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund.
Parking: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time to allow time for parking and checking in. At this time we only have street parking available on Shaw Avenue, Forestiere Avenue, and Cornelia Avenue. We do not have a parking lot or designated handicap parking. Late arrivals are not guaranteed accommodation. If you are running late for your tour, please call us at (559) 271-0734 so we may find the best way to accommodate you.
Gift Passes: Gift Passes may be purchased by calling or visiting us during regular business hours or through our Etsy shop. A physical pass will be available for the gift recipient to present at the time of their tour. About the Underground Garden Tour in Fresno, CA

Step into a world of beauty and unconventional creation at the Forestiere Underground Garden! Learn about Sicilian immigrant Baldassare Forestiere, the creator of the gardens who carved out his vision over the span of 40 years. Guests are encouraged to dress for varying temperatures as we make our way through underground passageways, rooms, and courtyards.

If you are late for your reservation and have not contacted us, your reservation will be forfeited and we cannot guarantee we will have space on another tour. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.

We ask that all visitors abide by state and county social distancing requirements and be respectful of other guests.

Additional information

Please note: You must reserve for the correct number of people that will be in your group, including small children. If you only reserve one spot, only one person is reserved for that tour time. If there are not enough spaces available to select for your party size, that means we are not able to accommodate your party at that tour time and you should select another time to visit. If you have a group larger than 16 people, please email us at [email protected] for assistance with making a reservation.

We highly recommend reservations as walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated. If you are late for your reservation and have not contacted us, your reservation will be forfeited and we cannot guarantee we will have space on another tour.
